"NATE gets 5 STARS ALL DAY. He is at the front desk and was Amazing!! He has checked me in twice now at this location. He always greets with a smile and is super sweet. "Our room had a strange smell to it when we arrived. We only had one bathroom towel in the room and had to request more. We ordered the room for four people, and there was only one bed in the room when we arrived. Also, our door to our room did not have any sort of lock to it meaning anybody could come in. Also, the bathroom door was broken and would not lock. The AC in the room was falling apart and only worked half of the time. One elevator was broken on our arrival and the second one broke...

"The air conditioner in my room was very, very loud. At first I thought that someone was running the motor on a diesel pickup truck parked right outside my window& I had a first floor room . It finally aggravated me enough that I looked out the windo - no truck just a car that wasn't running & no one was in it. All in all it mage for a miserable night. Turning the AC off was not an option - Texas in the summer."
