"Location was great. Only a 5 minute walk to Cockle Bay and ICC Sydney. Nice little coffee shop and an IGA located about 20m from entrance to apartments. Apartment was clean and tidy, plenty of space and nice little kitchen. Bathroom would look nicer if it received a deep clean as it was a little dirty. There was a party on the top floor and due to it not being apart of the Urban rest group they could not contact the renter. Also of note, the lift opens directly into the apartment which is...

"The condo was in a perfect location. Walking distance to most attractions. We started walking towards the Opera House and stopped in several other attractions on the way. It did not make it feel long. There was plenty of restaurants around and shopping stores. The best one was Aldi. We were able to get some groceries when we arrived and throughout our week here. There's a liquor store right next to Aldi. That was nice as well. Plenty of good wine. The bathrooms and the kitchen could use an...

Negative: The bed sheets had marks on them, one blind was broken, the bathroom was dated and sink had cracks in and the kitchen was poorly equpped. I wouldnt recommend it for the price, im sure there are nicer places in the same area."
