"The property management company is terrible. They send me a rental agreement to sign 3 times. It was the exact same rental agreement. They quoted me 3 different pet fees but charged me a completely different price than the first 3 prices they emailed me. They require a damage deposit through SuperHog which is not stated in the listing and that was twice the price I paid for a short 2 night stay. Then they kept saying they sent me check-in instructions even though they hadn’t. All my grievances...

"The room was spacious with a lot of wonderful daylight. The deck was lovely for morning coffee and the kitchen was well stocked, so we did not have to bring a lot of items. Finishes were a bit older but charming and property was very clean. There was a nice fireplace, but we did not have a chance to use it. Would be great to have a full length mirror, but not a top priority."

"The property was clean and the community was quiet and had a beautiful view. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal. We had challenges getting the TV to work, it appears the remote needed new batteries. My biggest complaint is the requirements for guests to strip beds, load and run the dishwasher and take the garbage to the dumpster before checking out at the ridiculously early time of 10am. "This little house was SOOOOO PERFECT! It was super cozy and had everything we needed for a short weekend trip! Mike was super kind and very helpful as well. Everything was clean and close to stores and about 25-30 mins away from Sedona. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. "

"I was attending a medical conference at the Hilton. I could walk to the conference it was so close. Condo was in perfect condition. Very clean and comfortable and in a good location. I also recommend getting a pass to use the Hiltons gym and spa service. "
