"HORRIBLE place and HORRIBLE customer service! When we arrived, the desk clerk was talking on her cell phone. She saw us and did not end her call or acknowledge us for approximately 15 minutes. We requested a handicap accessible room; however, we were assigned a 2nd floor room and there are NO elevators. "The hotel was decent and for the price it was on par with that. All I would say is that is was decent and clean nothing spectacular but nothing terrible. Middle of the road place. I would say however that the coffee is awful no half and half or flavored creamer and it tasted like it was made with yesterday’s grounds. That’s really my only complaint any hotel should at-least have a decent coffee set up."

"My purse was stolen just prior to my arrival at the property; even though I had pre-paid on-line, the check in clerk would not allow me to stay without a driver's license. I had to sleep in the parking lot and still was charged almost $300 for the stay; which I am objecting to on my credit card."
