"Very nice small hotel, nice pool, helpful friendly staff, excellent live music at dinnertime, beach was a very short walk away but the very shallow beach was not particularly inviting so we swam in the pool which was fine. Food was very good. Bed was quite comfortable. I would go again."

"There was food tray beside our door when we checked in and it was still there the next day when we checked out. Made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the hotel. While trying to sleep a worker started loudly plastering the ceiling in the hallway right in front of our room. 9:30/10pm. The aircon was loud and turned on and off frequently. For a 400$ CND hotel I was very disappointed."

"Close to airport. Poor communication on how to access the property. I reserved a two bedroom unit as I did not want to share a bedroom with my elderly parents who get up to use the bathroom all night long. When we arrived, there were two beds in the main bedroom and a second bedroom with absolutely nothing in it. "We booked here after our flight home got cancelled for a day. It suited us well for the evening, however, I wouldn’t necessarily want to stay there for a week unless you got a suite with kitchen etc. The pools looked amazing. (We didn’t use them). The breakfast was good. Please keep in mind we were exhausted and frustrated from a long day at the airport and we didn’t arrive to this place until later in the evening. We didn’t get to experience it much."

"Latica lodge was amazing to stay at! If you’re looking for that community vibe then this should be on the top of your list. Everyone from all over the world staying there, all having breakfast/supper together was spectular. The owners are everyday people willing to help you out with everything they made the stay so enjoyable. "This is a beautiful small boutique style hotel. Everything is on the ground level, which is nice not to have to use an elevator every time you come and go. The pool has a beach style entrance and a deeper area for lap swimming. Its quite and lots of loungers in the shade. The amazing staff is the same few people, so I really got to know/trust them.
