"昨年に続き2回目の宿泊でした 大人8人子供6人で2部屋予約 　広々として子供も喜んで楽しく食事も出来ましたが今回は少し不満な点もあり ・洗濯機の乾燥機が壊れてまったく乾燥されずにがっかり、メンテナンスお願いします ・サウナで子供が足を火傷（かなりひどい） ・ゴミ袋の補充が1枚のみでまったく足りなかった　　D101室 以上　改善お願いします"

"Casablanca Pool House was an absolute incredible experience they’re so kind and accommodating, the house is so clean upon arrival, having a private pool and outdoor tub is rare to find in Japan especially on a last minute booking !
