"The staff is excellent from the front desk team, to the guys who manage valet to the housekeepers. We were able to check in early, they put our friends right next door even though they had a wedding on property. We asked for more pillows and they arrived in 5 minutes. We needed a microwave and it arrived just as we entered our room. Excellent customer service. Gorgeous property. Big rooms. Lovely beds and linens. Great pillows. Fabulous shower with excellent water pressure and bath products....

"We chose The Joule as one of the highlights of our Texas trip, expecting a true five-star family experience. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. At check-in, one of our two rooms was still unavailable after 5:00 p.m. (although check-in is guaranteed from 3:00 p.m.), and despite requesting rooms on the same floor as our children, we had to accept rooms on different floors. Our room was also missing bottled water and a coffee machine, which had to be requested. We were also surprised to...

"Rooms and hallways were very clean. Carpeting in the rooms was a little dated, tolerable. Outstanding staff!"

"At arrival I was surprised by the amount of construction on the streets going on around the hotel. 2 there are many homeless people around the hotel. Hotel is isolated and you can’t walk due to safety issues. I was recommended not to walk at dark outside. 3. They have arm security on the premises. Instead of feeling safe I felt unsafe. I was told because they do pool parties security is at must. I was looking for a quiet boutique hotel And it Lorenzo hotel wasn’t for me."

"Room was noisy. As walls were very thin. Could hear our neighbours TV perfectly well. Woken up early in the morning to the sound of music. Pool and furniture was dirty, and deck was peeling. Furniture was worn out . Needs some maintenance. It was also quite far from downtown although we were expecting to be staying closer to the historic District as that’s where it showed up in our Expedia search. Our mistake for not double checking. This is a hotel that portrays itself as higher end. But...

"Horrible experience. Was told someone broke into my room, the key pad would not open, staff was not accommodating till I literally threatened to call the cops. Not the best area in Dallas either. Would stay at the other others in Dallas when i visit and would never recommend staying here. Also the showers drink water and flood the floors. Disgusting hotel overall."
