Our room featured a kitchenette with a microwave, induction stove, sink, dishwasher, small fridge, and a coffee machine; however, coffee supplies were not provided. The two things we disliked most about this hotel were the total lack of staff—even for check-in—and the extra charge for room cleaning."

"My family of 4 stayed here in May 26. I would recommend without hesitation. Location is excellent (near the Metro). The rooms were comfortable. My children used the gym. I used the swimming pool. The staff were helpful and very friendly. For example Ruhi a member of the team helped us plan our visit to Salzburg. The breakfast was excellent. I will certainly return if I am back in Vienna. "Pros: nice kitchen, big window, hot water, easy location, laundry facility very cheap, a lot of USB plugs, plenty of storage in room, cold aircon, felt safe, grocery, restaurants and pharmacy right outside. Cons: my app didn’t work so I had to self check in-took about 15/20 mins to input all info manually. Far, it’s about 25-30 mins train into district 1…But it is directly attached to the train station so not a long commute there. Only one big towel and one hand towel. Not smart tv. No way to...

"The room was in really good condition. Location from the central station is close. Walkable area, restaurants and stores around. Was good for me. "

"Staff very pleasant and helpful. Paid to upgrade to a larger room which was spacious. However, areas hadn't been cleaned (dusty/cobwebs). No toilet in main bathroom so one small toilet. No mirrors in bed room, only 1 in main bathroom for an apartment thay sleeps max 6. Decent stay but maybe a little expensive considering the above. Wouldn't say its a four star hotel"
