"My children enjoyed the stay however Check in was was horrific. Expedia didn’t ADVISE ME of the extra fees I would be paying. I had to pay an extra $133 at check in and every time I tried to reach out to Expedia- the chat would end and they didn’t really have a resolution for me.
Check in was supposed to be at 4pm; when I arrived my room wasn’t ready until about 5:15. So technically I didn’t get the full time for reservation that I paid. They ended up giving me a free breakfast voucher but couldn’t use it by the time we got there it was closed
Then I got the voucher for lunch. I ordered my food at 11:50am- there was no one in site. But the people who came after me got their food. We got our food by 1:00pm. Although the employees were nice, I had my children waiting and it was so unfair to see people come after me get their food with bigger orders than ours.
I wasn’t to fond of the check in process bc we got there after check in time and the rooms weren’t ready. I was overcharged and not advised during my booking. It’s just a bunch of nonsense that never gets resolved
And the rooms are old, furniture isn’t up to date, doors make to much noise. The water in the sink wouldn’t go down, the tub was kind of rusted. And the chicken wings were so salty and the pizza was cold even after waiting for an hour"
