The space had a good feeling and it was comfortable to sleep on futons even as a family. There's not much privacy so it might not be great...

Although the property offers basic amenities and the rooms were a bit small, we had everything we needed - including a free washing machine with dryer (expect the clothes to be slightly damp when finished as this is typical in Japan). "Kenji was a very nice host and his "guest house English" speaking was wonderful!! It is a perfect location if you are looking to wake up early and walk to the bamboo forest, you can be one of the first people there. Kenji also gave us recommendations of places to visit in the area that you otherwise may not have known about. "
