"Wonderful stay. Staff was amazing, they helped transport our ski bags, they picked us up from the Hakuba train station and at the end of our stay dropped us off again. Highly recommend and would stay again. "

"The place was cosy and the host was so very helpful with transport to grocery shopping and station, & lift passes. The small house had all the facilities you need and was toasty. "

Friendly staff who were more than happy to transfer us to/from the station and willing to help and provide information. Overall average accommodation."
