"Das Gemeinschaftsbad sollte doch einmal am Tag gereinigt werden. Da kam aber am ganzen Wochenende nie jemand. Ebenso bei der Küche. Der Boden im Zimmer klebte. Kein Schritt wird da barfuß gemacht!"
