"Great hotel, very clean and quiet yet very close to train station and all the shopping and restaurants. Room is compact with beautiful enclosed bathroom. I’ll definitely coming back!"

"This was incredible! Very helpful staff, very nice/large lobby, and also an incredible gym/pool/sauna area. Only cons: you really need to like the person you share your room with, because the bathroom door is a piece of (frosted) glass and faces towards the room. It is not a bad location, around 15-20 minutes by tram from the old town."

"Everything was good, the room very clean, comfortable, warm and quiet. Even if we were in the city center, we didn't feel it. If you are. Very sensitive, they have earplugs. The breakfast was good and fresh, but it's vegetarian, so don't expect meat. Staff are not all the time there, but they send you the information before arriving to do the check-in and open the doors. Everything is very close to the hotel. The train station is only 5-7 minutes away, there are restaurants, souvenir shops and everything nearby. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Bristol Hotel. It’s an easy walk from the Train station and easy to walk to old town and along the river. The hotel is quiet and clean; and the staff are very helpful. This is a great place to stay in Zurich!"

"The hotel is conveniently located near Zurich’s main train station, which is ideal if you’re arriving from another city, and it’s also about 10–15 minutes from most major attractions. Overall, it’s a nice hotel, but there were a few significant issues during our stay: - Ants in the room: We noticed a considerable number of ants appearing sporadically throughout our stay. At first, we assumed it might be due to having the balcony door open, but the issue persisted even after the room was cleaned. I also mentioned this in feedback via Expedia, and while I was told it would be forwarded to management, we never received any follow-up. - Room temperature: The room was uncomfortably hot throughout the night. Despite following the front desk’s instructions—turning off the heating and using the air conditioning—it still felt extremely warm. We were hesitant to leave the window open because of the ants. - Service: The staff were not particularly welcoming for a 4-star hotel. While I don’t like to focus on this aspect, I would expect a more engaged and friendly response when greeting staff or asking questions, but this was generally lacking. Overall, while the location is very convenient, I would likely choose a different hotel in the future due to these issues."

"The hotel was perfect. It was so cute and very different. The layout of the room was interesting. The only thing I think was kind of weird was that they gave us an option either to have one free drink or have the maid clean my room in the morning"
