"The rooms are small for our family of 4, so I decided to book another room. They are so nice to put our rooms on the same floor even if it is a last minute additional room booking. The breakfast is really good and healthy. The area is close to the bridge where you can see the beautiful Mt Fuji unless it is cloudy. There’s bike rental close to the hotel and you can bike in the area esp to the bridge. My family enjoyed our stay in the hotel. "

"Enjoyed the amazing view from the lobby and our room. Also really loved all the delicious food served in their club lounge. Friendly staff, nice location… it is quite steep of a walk up and down the narrow road, but doable. Already planning to come back on our next trip to Japan!"

"First time visiting a Ryokan and I will definitely return! Everybody was friendly, the service from all the staff was above and beyond and the rooms were all super clean, even if it wasn't a modern hotel. All the onsens were well maintained and they switch up the male/ female onsens daily so everyone gets to try them. My favourite was the 5th floor outdoor onsen, while we also booked a room with a view of Mt Fuji and a personal onsen which was super handy as we only saw Mt Fuji at sunrise during our trip so we did not have to leave our rooms at dawn. Overall 10/10!"
