"I was locked out of my room late at night. I went out to a club and when I got back to the room the outer door was locked with a bolt and the code did not work. I tried to contact the owner but it went straight to voicemail. I messaged through hotels.com and when I got a response they said to call them for faster response, even though I called initially the first time. I had to go to the nearby metro station to get out of the cold wind while I waited for someone to open the outside downstairs...

"TV pulled off the wall. Asked for a replacement but none offered. Impossible to shower without flooding floor so had to mop up with towels every time. Hair dryer did not work. "

"We had a very spacious, clean 2 room apartment with a very good size bathroom and a convenient mini kitchen. I really appreciated the espresso machine in the room. The hotel had a very historic Vienna feel and antique decor and furniture to match. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it."
