Holiday Homes in Palakkad District

Great stay, staff were good. Close to the airport. Feedback for management: Don't charge 4 times the taxi fare for the airport pick up.

Perfect halt on our way to Kochi.

Overall good

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was very well prepared and served. The room lacked finishing touches like colourful cushions as shown in the lobby photo which left a very austere atmosphere in the room. It was comfortable enough. It’s built on a steep hillside so be prepared to have a good workout for the thighs coming and going to the restaurant and reception areas if you wish to walk; gold cart transport service is available if you prefer. Plenty of games to play and keep busy with...

Let me list it&not particularly in that order. 1. Location of the resort is spot on. 2. Ambience in the hotel was calm&serene. 3.hotel staff was curteous&polite. 4. Only fly in the ointment was that the food was expensive&the taste could have been better. 5. Overall would give a 4 star rating out of 5.
