"The hotel was beautiful, the view, the decor and the ambience. However a good a hotel is really shows itself during a problem. While we were there a storm hit. For a 5 star resort, they were extremely dingy with their umbrella. We could never get what we ask for and there were only 4 people in our party. Management should really look into that. Plus the pool was so cold that you could barely use it. They also don’t have a jacuzzi and a sauna which was a big minus. Probably will not stay there...

"We stayed at Airline Inn from 13 Aug 2026 - 16 Aug 2026. We would like to commend the staff at the breakfast restaurant. They were kind and thoughtful. I am a vegetarian, and having told the servers about this, they made it a point every breakfast for the three days we stayed there to show me what were vegetarian among the breakfast spread. One server even told me if I wished, they could arrange to cook a vegetarian noodle or rice dish for me. I was so grateful. The hotel also has a laundry...

"The good thing about this hotel was that the staff were really nice and helpful. However, I found dust in the elevator, the hangers in our room, and many other places. The management team should be aware of this. Also the breakfast is below the average. Less variety. The layout is confusing and I don’t know where to start to line up. The garage is also confusing. You need to drive into an elevator to go to the basement. Very frustrating experience. Will not come back."
