"An Exceptional Stay in Austria – Truly Unforgettable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the finest hotels I have ever stayed at in Austria. Everything about this place is simply exceptional, from the breathtaking surroundings and beautiful facilities to the genuinely warm hospitality. Imagine waking up to the soothing sound of a waterfall, surrounded by majestic mountains, before heading down to enjoy a wonderful breakfast spread, elegantly served on crisp, white tablecloths. Such a simple yet luxurious experience. Absolutely splendid! A very special appreciation goes to Jonni, Anton, and the lovely lady at the reception whose name I unfortunately didn't manage to get (blonde haired lady). Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made our stay incredibly personal and memorable. They are truly among the hotel's greatest assets. Beautiful facilities can impress guests, but it is people like them who make guests feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. Swimming while overlooking the mountains and waterfall was an experience in itself. The scenery was breathtaking, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. Another wonderful bonus was having access to the Urban Nature facilities, which added even more value to the overall experience. Everything about this hotel is top-notch. P/s: Jonni, the iced latte seakan-akan starbucks with oatmilk were very nice! Thank you."

MONDI Hotel Bellevue Gastein

"MONDI Hotel Bellevue Gastein was wunderbar! Everything was very clean including the guest rooms and common areas. All of the staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. If you do not speak fluent German, it is not a problem because all of the staff spoke English. We were there in mid September(off peak time) but there was still lots to see and do…in fact we didn’t get to do all we wanted to do in the 8 days! We really appreciated the Bad Gastein Mobility Ticket. It allowed us to travel all over the province of Salzburg, just like an Austrian, without having to rent a car. The Gastein Card was also a bonus for having discounts to a variety of Bad Gastein attractions and venues. We came for the hiking and the Hohe National Park is just a short bus ride away. The views are spectacular. After hiking we made use of the pool, whirlpool and sauna rooms at the Hotel. We partook of the buffet the evening we arrived and the food was excellent. We also really enjoyed that we could make meals/snacks/beverages in our studio kitchenette because one of us must eat gluten-free. We used the very convenient laundry room twice. There is also an impressive workout room but we were too busy to use it. We recommended the MONDI Hotel Bellevue to family members who are avid bikers as biking is very popular here as well. Our whole experience has been so positive that we plan to come back."

"A huge modern, double apartment with everything needed. Super clean and with stunning mountain views. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect. Great value for money. The only annoying thing was trying to get hold of the property beforehand to confirm check-in timings - they don't reply to phone or messages. Also the 10am check-out is a bit steep. But overall, a very nice place."
