"Love the atmosphere and vibes of this stay. Absolutely obsessed with the spa aroma of this place throughout the stay. I do like the room amenities. The only drawback is that we purchased the breakfast option, the hotel never mentioned in the fine print that the kids breakfast is not included that we have to pay for extra even though we paid for the breakfast option. I have never heard of the kid need to pay extra if the adult pay for the breakfast option already. It is misleading and false advertisement. Not only the hotel front staff didn’t mention about it when we check in neither the restaurant front staff. It only until we ordered the food and 30 minutes later the waitress come back and inform that we need to pay extra for the kid at the menu price. Mind you the kids is one 5 years old and another is an infant. Not only they put us in the spot and offer no solution especially we ordered everything already and food took forever to get to our table and then we have to inform our waitress that we only have 30 minutes left if the food is not here we will need to cancel the order. Then magically, all the food all came out at the same time and we only have 15 minutes to eat which we don’t have enough time to eat we ended up have to wrap everything up."
