"I love how accommodating the staff was here. We were nearly an hour late for our dinner but they went above and beyond to serve us anyway. The food was one of the best we've had throughout our entire trip of Japan as well. The room and atmosphere was also very cozy and we loved pretty much everything!"

"We had a very pleasant stay. The food was excellent, everything was spotless, and the staff was exceptionally attentive. We especially enjoyed the morning ceremony, which made the experience memorable. On the downside, the stay felt quite expensive by any standard. Considering the price, it was disappointing that every step in the hallway could be heard, and that drinks other than tea were not included."

"Staying at Fugen-in Temple in Koyasan was an incredible experience. The atmosphere is peaceful, the staff are welcoming and kind, and everything was beautifully taken care of. The room are clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The temple is located right in the heart of Koyasan, which made it very easy to walk everywhere and explore this magical place. "El templo es muy bonito, pero la experiencia muy decepcionante. En el check in no dan información del templo, te informan de horario de cena, desayuno y ceremonia, sin más. Las habitaciones están en fuera del templo, por lo que a las 17. No hay ningún tipo de contacto ni actividad para hacer ni te ofrecen info. He was very patient and especially helpful to our multiple queries and tried his best to help. We were very grateful for his sincerity in wanting to help. Hotel Keihan Namba Grande

"Hotel is situated close enough to Namba subway station ( about 10 mins walk) , yet is in a bit of a quite area which was a nice place to come home to after a day of sightseeing and shopping in the busy streets. The free coffee in the lobby is a nice touch along with the free toiletries. There is a Lawson store conveniently located just steps away on the second floor, which also has a department store and ramen shops nearby. The only critique I have is the room cleanliness. Perhaps it was a one off, but our sink was not cleaned well from the previous occupant, with a qtip left between the sink and counter trim, along with obvious mildew on the faucet which could have come off with a decent scrub. This was a bit of a turn off for an otherwise pleasant room. Overall it was a great stay and would be a contender if we visit Osaka again"

"We really enjoyed our stay. All the employees were so friendly, from check in to check out, they were so polite. The room was so spacious, very tidy and had everything we wanted. We couldnt ask for more. The location was great also, very close to a number of locations and Namba station was just around the corner."
