"早く到着してしまいましたが、チェックイン対応等ありがとうございました。無料駐車場も利用させて頂き、札幌の街を十分に散策することが出来ました。お部屋の設備も完備。広めの2ドア冷蔵庫。電子レンジ。電磁調理器。エアコン、ドライヤ。調理道具類やお皿、コップ等々と…。ベットやお部屋、お風呂も広々としており、大満足でゆっくりすることが出来ました。連泊させて頂いたのですが、温泉の源泉が2日目不足するようでした。他の部屋で多く使われた為ではないかと…。バスタオルやフェイスタオル等は連泊分ご用意いただければありがたく。もしくは干せるところがあれば助かると思いました。それから、お風呂のシャワーを利用すると、「トントン」と音がすると家族が言っておりました。私は聞いていないのですが…。一度、点検されてはいかがでしょうか？近くの観光スポットや美味しい食べ物やお店をお部屋にご紹介されてはいかがでしょうか。"

"We just spent five weeks in Japan and are still talking about the food we ate here. It is nothing short of spectacular. We paid quadruple at other ryokans and this one had the best food, best location and the best onsens. It’s an older place with older, big onsens and for us that was the charm of it. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind. We went skiing one day and snowshoeing the next and ended up seeing a red fox each day. Really can’t recommend this...
