"広さはとても満足です。 気になった点はフルキッチンとなっていたのですが、お米を炊くのが一苦労です。 計量カップがない、炊飯器がない、米を研ぐためのボールがない、、、 あとはフライパンのふたややかんもないです。 それなりには揃っているのですが、もう少し揃っていたらいいのになぁという感じ。 多分、普段台所へ立たない方が揃えられたのかなと。 実際に家事をするとこれあったらいいのになぁがポロポロあったので、これから宿泊される方のために見直してあげてください。 あと、洗濯物の生乾き臭のような臭いも可能であれば改善してほしいです。 色々書きましたが、概ね満足です。"

"We just spent five weeks in Japan and are still talking about the food we ate here. It is nothing short of spectacular. We paid quadruple at other ryokans and this one had the best food, best location and the best onsens. It’s an older place with older, big onsens and for us that was the charm of it. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind. We went skiing one day and snowshoeing the next and ended up seeing a red fox each day. Really can’t recommend this...
