"全部良かったので、次回も使わせていただくと思う。気になったところ挙げると、宅配便を送りたかったけど出来なかった。駅反対口のコンビニで宅配荷物の受取を検討したが今回は持参した。館内にヤマト運輸のPUDOみたいなの多めに設置されてると大変使い勝手が良いと思う。あと洗濯機、無いよりいいが…パークで遊んで帰宅後に食事、お風呂、子を寝かし洗濯をして干すのは難しく感じるので、館内の部屋の近くに乾燥機がついていたらもっと助かったと思う。コインランドリーでもいいなと思う。"

"The location was fantastic. So much dining places within walking distance to choose from. Conbinis everywhere which was great for picking up breakfast (and trying all the viral snacks). Two train stations also within 5-10 minutes walking. Concierge staff were so friendly and provided great service."

"My family and I were very happy with our stay at Eslead Hotel Osaka Tsuruhashi. I booked a room for three and it was perfect. I received all the necessary check-in information in a timely manner, which made it hassle free when we arrived. I'm glad that there was an area to store our luggages before check-in time.
