"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The bedrooms and bedding were very clean, and the place was well maintained. There were plenty of activities and entertainment for both kids and adults, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time and would love to come back."

"Had a one night stay following a trip to Hobbiton movie set. Stayed in chalet Frodo which is only a 10-15 min drive from Hobbiton.The chalet is very clean and well appointed. While quite compact it had everything the two of us required for an overnight stay. We had dinner at Osteria restaurant in the main centre which is only a 3 min drive away. Thoroughly recommend Osteria for quality of food, portion size , atmosphere and price"

"Great stay with comfortable furnishings in a convenient location.
Charming little spot in a quiet neighborhood. Especially loved that it was down the street from an excellent restaurant, Urbano Bistro, for easy lunch or dinner."
