"I recommend Genjikoh for the amazing Japanese experience of enjoying the open bath overlooking the ocean and the various activities in the hotel such as the scent workshop. We booked a room for 5 and it was spacious and was pleasantly surprised it has 2 toilets. The sea view was breathtaking. We don’t book the meals as we don’t eat raw food but we had difficulty finding a good eatery outside as there are few amenities nearby and they close early. "ご飯が最高に美味しかったです！ 量も多かったです。特にイワナが美味しく子供たちも喜んでいました。 まわりはお店などないですが、ゆったり過ごすのには申し分ありませんでした。 散歩がてら滝も見られます。 スタッフの皆さんもとても親切でした。 無料で、温かい飲み物や冷たい飲み物、お菓子がありました。 また宿泊したいです！"

"The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer. The baths were nice, the place was super clean. Transportation to get there is a bit difficult, but that I think is what makes this place attractive, since it's in such a nice, quiet part of Japan. Going there during the Sakura season was amazing too. "
