"Very disappointing stay , We arrived after a 9 hour drive , when we arrived the cottage wasn’t cleaned and no bedding , We rang both Wayne and Karen , we decided to go buy some bedding , on route Karen did ring back to be fair and apologised saying she was told we was due on the 6th , (day of departure,) Went to the pub for an hour and Karen had the cottage ready , I thanked her by tx but no communications back , nothing from Wayne all week , I would of expected a follow up chat asking if...

"Booked for a quiet rest after the hectic festive period it fitted the bill to a tee. The set up however makes this a superb location for a family/group to enjoy. The accommodation is excellent and a lot of thought and care has gone in to, not only the decor but the facilities. We have already spoken and recommended it to a number of our friends."
