"Room is clean, but AC vents in the bathroom need to be dusted as you can see the dust is getting thick. But aside from that, the room is clean and the place is nice. It is also very near a tram station so very convenient."

"The sofa bed was damaged, with three broken wooden slats, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom had no shower curtain, so water splashed all over the floor. On the morning we checked out, the outlet for the microwave and stovetop stopped working, so neither could be used."

"This property was the best choice we could have made as a family. Located in a quiet neighborhood, nearby to plenty of dining options, and walkable within 15 minutes to the main area near Lake Zurich. The accommodations were very spacious and airy, clean and comfortable (2 bedroom luxury apartments). The private rooftop veranda was a nice bonus when not raining. Trams pass in front of the apartment making for additional ease in getting around. Train station was a 12-15 minute very easy/flat walk...
