"Not our first stay here, but probably my longest. We trust Shangri-La Eros and will continue to book this hotel based on the amazing food, service and rooms. But...one night, there was a late party being held in the hotel with a DJ and extremely loud music, which we could hear in our room on the 16th floor. I had to go downstairs to reception to complain. They apologised and said that they would request the DJ to lower the volume, but that it was going to continue till 2am. (Thankfully, it ended...

"The food was very good in the 24/7 restaurant. The amenities were best good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is good. The property is a little dated and in need of upgrade to qualify as 5 star. "

Location is central, safe (mind out for bikes) and walkable to Connault Place. Hotel off the road down an alleyway. Easy to get Uber from near hotel to everywhere. Have booked again once we come back from Agra."

"This hotel did the job for me. My main objectives in Delhi were to visit the old part and go to Taj Mahal. The old Delhi is walking distance and the train station to go to Agra is only 5 minutes away walking. This is the same station where the metro from and to the airport can be taken That'd been said, the area is really rough. You have to walk 15 minutes to Connaught Place to find a normal area with clean restaurants with decent food. The route to Connaught Place felt unsafe; however, I...
