"Nice building, great location. Rooms were large and clean. Our only issue was that the reception staff in both the hotel and the restaurant were unwelcoming. Grumpy dispositions, no smiles.The cleaning staff were more friendly."

"The room was very clean but unfortunately, the floors in major public space, such as the lobby, were extremely dirty. Likewise the floors in the elevators were quite sticky and had visible liquids on them. The staff was friendly but we had huge problems with our room key. We were staying for 2 nights but they had only been programmed for 1. When I returned from the reception at the conference I was attending, I was unable to enter the room. My sister returned later from a training just outside...
