"Staff and clean room"

"So lovely!"

"Decent mid-sized hotel/motel but fairly aged facility. Comfortable room and decent central pool for families and kids. Good Sports bar attached to building. Continental breakfast provided good variety of waffle maker, basic cereals, fruit, hard boiled egg, toast/bagels jams, juices/coffee etc. Not a great neighborhood area and definitely need a vehicle. But there is a pretty large GoFresh grocery store and Shell gas station just around the corner of the parking lot so you have all the supplies...

"I left something valuable behind in our room upon check out (800.00 value). I called 2 days later when I realized I didn't have the item and the front desk was able to determine from housekeeping that it was indeed located 2 days earlier upon check-out. While I am appreciative that housekeeping set the item aside, a call to the phone number on file for the reservation (before 2 days had passed!) would have been the appropriate customer service response - especially given the value of the item...

"The room was clean, staff were on top of everything and very nice and helpful. The rooms were nice and cool as well. We tried swimming and the hot tub, which wasn’t too bad. We enjoyed it. The parking was a bit tight, but wasn’t too bad as it’s going through construction. Very understandable, we didn’t get to try breakfast as we enjoyed our beauty sleep. Will be staying again another time. Thank you."

"After a small mix up when we first checked in, our stay was great! Room was clean and refreshed daily. We enjoyed the restaurant downstairs for drinks and breakfast. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again."

"Very clean room. Staff courteous and pleasant. No dining area so went to Tim Horton’s. Did not require parking. I wouldn’t recommend hotel because of its location for women travelling alone. The area is undesirable."
