"Ein wundervolles Hotel! Mirissimo Konak in Mardin verbindet historische Architektur mit modernem Komfort. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll und sehr sauber, das Frühstück reichhaltig und köstlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das unglaublich freundliche Personal, das den Aufenthalt unvergesslich macht. Die Lage ist perfekt, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar und die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Absolute Empfehlung – wir kommen sicher wieder!"

"Nous avons attendu plus d'une heure avant l'heure d'entré officiel en chambre. La chambre n'était pas encore prête. Les draps de lit étaient humides. La propreté était pas réellement optimale. Le tuyau du pommeau de douche était déchiré et difficilement utilisable. Le dernier jour de notre séjour, nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude. La localisation était parfaite."

"I had so much hope for this hotel but ended super disappointed and somewhat cheated. The property is a historical one and I love those places. The building is beautiful. Upon arrival we were taken to our room which is not like the one pictured when you choose the room at the expedia website, in fact all the rooms you choose show the same picture so keep in mind there is a big chance that you are not getting that room. I though “ok is not that bad” it was 3 floors down going with luggage...
