"Hi unfortunately it’s was a bad experience in this hotel the room was much smaller than shows me the room has not refrigerator coffee maker and when I asked for hot water at the kitchen they said we don’t have the front desk was very rude unbelievable the bathroom has no fan to suck The smell is bad. It was the worse’s experience in my life.👎👎"

"Rooms are quite small, where bed is hitting the wall at foot of the bed. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The elevators take unusually long time to get you to any floor. Almost 10 min elevator ride each time. It’s ideal for solo travelers with excellent location close to Times Square."

"The hotel had a very good location with easy access to Central Park, Times Square, and the subway, which made getting around the city very convenient. However, there were a couple of issues during our stay. There was a constant fan noise in the room the entire time, even after we turned off the room’s AC system.
