This was one of the best hotels I’ve been to, the rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable. Its restaurant offers a great variety of food which was delicious, the price was accessible, the service was excellent as the people were really friendly and helpful. And I have to mention the beautiful and unique interior design which makes the place really inviting and incorporates elements of nature in a balanced way. Plus the atmosphere of the surroundings are mystical and precious, it is well located as it ain’t far from tourist attractions and it has its own private parking. My family and I will definitely be coming back to this hotel really soon.

Great restaurant, new & clean hotel

Our one night stay was amazing, staff at the reception was super nice and friendly. We had a dinner in restaurant and it was delicious.

I do not recommend this hotel at all, they had very bad service and rude behavior, they did not clean the rooms and I told the hotel managers several times, but they did not do it. They served a very poor and awful breakfast, one day there was no coffee cup next to the machine, and I asked them to charge me 75 CZK, if the breakfast was included in the stay, and when I discussed it with the hotel manager, they treated me with indifference. Kamel did not answer me and did not even offer a refund, in my opinion this hotel is not more than 2 stars

Otel çok temiz sakin ve güzeldi . Odalar 1+1 şeklinde çocuklar ayrı şekilde düşünülmüş Kahvaltı çok seçenekli ve temiz ve ortam çok ferahtı Tek sıkıntı merkeze uzak olması ancak tren ve otobüs bağlantıları var . Biz sıkıntı yaşamadık.

Das Hotel und der Spabereich waren sehr gut. Leider konnte man den Pool und die Sauna nur für 2 h am Tag nutzen was im Zimmerpreis inklusive war. Das ging aus der Buchung nicht hervor. Das Essen war super lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem eine Empfehlung.

Trivsamt hotell med fina rum. Rent och snyggt. Bra matsal och frukost. Trevlig personal. Litet mysigt runt om hotellet. Parkering fanns utan problem. ca 2 mil från Prag, men värt att köra för att sova i skönare och lugnare miljö.

Nice hotel with good restaurant

Rooms were ok, we took two that were connected. Both well furnitured, standard bathroom and quiet. Restaurant was very good, not long menu but for 3 nights stay pretty enough to pick from and quality was very good. Welness is in a separate building, not owned by the hotel. There is no tunnel or other connection that woul be under the roof, but no big deal.

Im Grossen und Ganzen ist das Hotel zu empfehlen, allerdings war der Service nicht sehr berrauschend. Um im Hotel essen zu können muss man einen Tisch reservieren, was bei der Ankunft am Abend natürlich nicht mehr möglich war und somit musste man sich selbst zurecht finden. WLan bekam man keines und sämtliche Infos nur auf Tschechisch was nicht lesbar war. Auf englisch kann man eigentlich schon erwarten in einem Hotel.
