The room was in a good condition when I arrived and the staff were very polite and helpful! The only bits of feedback I have are around the breakfast options! The breakfast options, while there are many are also very limited. I stayed for 6 nights and I only had a proper full breakfast for 1 day. They should think of maybe having a specific cuisine per day and basing their menu for the breakfast buffet on that as well as ensuring the temperature of the food is sufficient through having better food warmers. However, all staff that I encountered during this stay were so helpful. They practically saved my life when I had an allergic reaction and they ensured I was able to access medical care swiftly, so a huge shoutout to the security team at Central Inn! Reception staff and housekeeping were also so incredibly helpful as well as the bell hops and restaurant staff. Another piece of feedback is that our keys had constantly stopped working while we were there which required frequent trips to the reception to get the keys reset. Although this process is very swift, it was an inconvenience as it meant I had to constantly go downstairs to reception to have keys reset and reconfigured. As well as this, it would be great if they had the room numbers printed on the key card as this would make it easier for myself as I would sometimes carry the key cards of others in my group. Overall a 7/10 from me. Great hotel!
