The worst customer service ever they never answer the phone we did book with this hotel but one of the passport was valid for three months when we asked Haya staff they claimed that even American pass must be valid for six months we tried to call them several time Expedia team they send them several emails we did too nobody answered us no communication and they charged our credit card they are the big scammers ever but we will not stop here .. we will sue them and will dispute it … we renewed the passport and we book this time with sharq hotel that we recommend big time the best of the best in everything . We already open a case with our loyal and will sue them . Don’t book with those .
