Can’t say enough great things about this hotel. From the moment I arrived very early in the morning and they managed to check me in a little while later, to the moment I departed, I was treated like royalty. Nothing was too hard. The staff are absolutely delightful, offering coffee, water or a friendly chat. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Pool was incredible with the attentive staff providing towels and iced water, along with little treats throughout the day. I tried the Astor Grill and Novikov and both were excellent. Can’t wait to go back!

The hospitality was magnificent, the staff are so polite & helpful, the breakfast was amazing & plenty to choose from! Such a big hotel so always be ready to discover a new section amazing outdoor pool and beach area. The room was beautiful with the sea view oh also big thank you to akesh “my butler” for making my birthday special with cake & other assorts. Again thank you St Regis for the exceptional hospitality.

Wonderfull staff but oppressive dress codes

The staff at this hotel are truly wonderful - the best I have ever experienced in any hotel in any part of the world. The food is amazing - the breakfast buffet is stunning. The pool are is luxurious and well serviced. Downsides are the dress codes are oppressive - we were not allowed in a bar because we had sandals on. Even though dressed very smartly still not allowed in! As a result we did not use any of the restaurants in the hotel.

Without doubt the St Regis is World Class quality. In every aspect from its facilities to every member of its staff it ranks for me one of the best hotels anywhere in the world, I have never enjoyed a hotel anywhere as much as I enjoyed my stay at the St Regis. I’m planning to return in October. That’s how much I loved it.
