"The owner Susana was really friendly and helpful, the room is a 10/10 and also the pool & outside area is beautiful and perfect to relax. The only improvable thing is that the door is poorly soundproofed.
All in all i would really recommend the Pata da Gaivota Boutique House :)"

"I cannot say enough about how amazing this property was. The views were spectacular, enjoyed the nights on the patio with a bottle of the vineyard wine! Delicious! The rooms and hotel were stunning, clean and so well decorated. Our favorite was Joanna our host who was so lovely, attentive and informative. We were met every morning with a beautiful, fresh array of breakfast foods and eggs. Joanna made sure we had everything we needed. After breakfast we went and saw the cats, sheep, shetland...

"What a great place to end a hectic vacation.

"The host came into my room in the middle of the night unnanounced. She was dropping off my breakfast as she said she had no other guests so wouldnt be serving breakfast the next day. I heard guests coming in and out of the property all night so im not sure if maybe they had booked last minute. Anyways, she entered my room without knocking at 11PM waking me out of my sleep.
The amenities list a bar/lounge and restaurant but these dont exist on the property. Plan to bring food or have a vehicle...
