"This hotel was incredible. After a long day hot day on the motorcycle riding through the alps, it was amazing to arrive at this hotel. The kind lady who I first met instantly made me feel welcome, registered me immediately and even helped me carry my luggage up to my room. The room was very comfortable, spotless and quiet. "The mountain view from our room was spectacular! The entire hotel had an elevated cozy feel to it with newly upgraded rooms and bathrooms. They offered a full breakfast with delicious options and even an afternoon snack with beautiful sandwiches and pastries- incredible. Diago had fine wine and drink options in the evening and made a great cafe latte macchiato! With respect to staff this hotel exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to assist us when our rental car broke down...

"A genuinely fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The service throughout was impeccable. The room was wonderful and spacious with fresh towels each day. The spa is brilliant and if you have the chance to join an Aufguss session we would strongly recommend it - it was great! The itinerary of daily events was a really nice touch and the dessert buffet (Fridays) and banquet dinners (Sundays) were very good. One of the very best hotel stays I have had."

"Beautiful little boutique hotel just steps away from Main Street in Ortisei one of the most beautiful towns in the world. Hotel was elegant yet comfortable, staff super friendly and helpful. Bartender Nicola was always there on arrival in the afternoons with a smile and a fresh Hugu Spritz, which we took to the awesome pool. Restaurant serves great breakfast with fresh baked goods as well as lunch or dinner available if you stay in and the food and wine selection is excellent. "
