"No wifi in rooms and only in reception.. bar and restaurant closed most evenings .. pool closed .. Access to wifi was a real problem for me and needing to sit in reception to do my work was very inconvenient. Furniture in rooms very uncomfortable.. Located in a good area but this time of the year most places are closed "

Rooms were nice and fresh but missing a lot of basics for a self catering room with cooking facilities. Beds were like wooden boards and had no comfort whatsoever. The bed was quite uncomfortable as it was a sofa bed and an extra pillow per person would be needed as only one pillow each was given and the mattress was quite hard but slept well overall. There was no cleaning during our stay and no brush or cleaning products were provided and the floor became sandy after...

"It was a basic studio and was clean. Air con was good. Pool closes for 3 hours 2-5pm. Food in restaurant is very good and reasonable priced but for all the staff they have (5) service is terrible. I had to go bar and order in end as got sick of waiting even though it wasn’t busy. When we received meal i had to get up and ask for cutlery. No entertainment on night we stayed"

"Only stayed for one night but would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Right on the seafront and walkable to all amenities of the resort and town. Parking can be somewhat difficult during busy periods, first time we parked we were on the next street, the second time we parked was a 4 minute walk away so not far. The lady on reception was super friendly and accommodating and made lots of recommendations for exploration of the area. Overall a lovely stay at Hotel Alaska!"
