"Unique : frige and microwave in the bathroom!! That’s a new one for us !! Room was decent . Location questionable. But all in all it was a getter experience than expected!! The price was cheap and cheap you got !!"

"We checked in with no issues. The room was bigger than expected and pretty clean. Our only issue was that the floor was not totally clean in the closet and the bathroom. We took advantage of the free breakfast and it was great! Lots of fresh coffee and choices of food. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!"

"Stayed here when moving my daughter from JWU. The hotel and room were very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is a quick walk to JWU’s campus and there’s lots of restaurants and boutiques nearby, with the mall across the street. We also enjoyed the free breakfast which had a wide variety of options. Will definitely stay here again! "

"This was a nice hotel in a surprisingly good location. If you don't have harbor view, your view isn't going to be so great -- but that was the main downside. Otherwise, it's right next to a lovely park: you just walk outside, and there's a prime area for bayside walking, running, frisbee, playground for kids, fishing, etc. The lobby and bar feel like they're part of a much more upscale hotel, partly because of the waterfront view. "The most helpful and friendly staff! I stayed for the Providence marathon and they helped in so many ways. Every staff member was kind and accommodating despite the popular travel times making it even more busy than usual"

"Everything was just OK. Not really any better or worse than I expected. The real problem was the heat would not shut off. Even when you put it in the cool position, heat blared out of the vent. There was also an AC unit in the outside wall. We shut the heat, totally off and cranked the AC, but there was no cool air coming from it at all. I will see that I don’t generally have complaints and we have stayed here several times before, but this particular time was not comfortable."
