The mgt. helped organize a room through security since they were not on site due to my timing. So helpful and when mingling with guests there was only a positive vibe (both times)."

"A lovely establishment right at the center of everything, beach restaurants, bars and shops. Nelly at reception and her coworkers were absolutely kind and helpful. They booked my transfers, activities and had great recommendations of places to eat etc. I was room 21, just over the bar. Room is spacious and beautifully decorated. It needs a little more love as some of the deco is showing signs of age. The bar closes around 9pm at 10pm, it’s all quiet. It was quite hot during my stay and the...

"This is a hidden gem… a beautiful hotel clean rooms and lovely staff The hotel is right on the beach in Long Island, this is between Swakopmund and Walvis Bay Anita and Dulcie were amazing hosts and perfect concierge services for all the activities."

"A very old and worn-out building. Musty smell. Wobbly floorboards. No air-con. I was hassled twice to move my motorcycle to an inadequate parking place, even though I had booked an apartment with parking. The receptionist behaved a bit oddly, putting pressure on me to but her a drink, which was uncomfortable. I booked two days, but left after one. In quite a good location to walk along the sea front. Swakopmund is a nice town."

"This is a great budget-friendly place to stay. It’s conveniently located near many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. As a female traveller, I felt safe. The only downside is the thin walls, which let you hear guests in other rooms and even outside your balcony. Overall, I enjoyed the breakfast and the friendly, helpful staff. "
