"4 days i have to walk around both towers because the doors on the hallway connecting east and west tower were closed.

"Awesome amenities but the hot tub was kind of gross. The beds/pillows were uncomfortable and the room never completely cooled off especially at night. I told front desk and they sent maintenance to change the air filter but it didn’t help. Don’t touch anything on the mini bar or you’ll be charged because there’s a sensor underneath the items! Nice staff and great location."

"Incredible location. There’s a reason this hotel has continued to thrive after decades in downtown Chicago. The property itself is old and the rooms could use a refresh—but considering the Sheraton has 1000+ guest rooms and the place was BUSY—I think that the room rate is an incredible value. Amazing staff, cool restaurants onsite, perfect location and incredible views of the river and downtown architecture. The lobby was bustling at all hours but was well staffed and managed. My kids and wife...

"The room was incredibly small and poorly laid out. You couldn’t open the door to the bathroom if a second person was standing on the side of the bed near the bathroom. The room was not large enough for the king bed in it. The room was poorly lit, and the electrical plugs were minimal.
The bathroom was clean, but the main room was very dusty, and there was a stain on one of the pillowcases. Will not stay again."
