"This is a motel. There are no elevators. I am a senior citizen with mobility challenges and heavy luggage. I was booked on the 3rd floor. "We didn’t stay because after I paid I was told there was no elevator. My wife is disabled and couldn’t climb the stairs. They said Expedia had it listed as not having an elevator. I just checked and it didn’t state there was no elevator. I also looked at their website and I don’t see anything saying there is no elevator. So I lost over $450 that night. We ended staying in our car."

"Very basic, very affordable accommodations in a very expensive city. Just as an example, a very basic breakfast for 2 at a nearby hotel was 1/3 of the price we paid to spend the night here.
It was just what we needed: clean room, comfortable bed, quiet hotel, low price. Located very close to all the action at the waterfront and Pike Street Mkt.. "We were very happy with our stay here. It is an old hotel but very clean. Our rooms on 3rd floor were spacious and the beds were great.
Staff members were very nice. They allowed us to check in early in one room while waiting for the other to be ready.
