"The first time I stayed here was really nice. I was upgraded to a suite and it was nice. This time I was disappointed. I understand it is a 2-star hotel however it should still be a wonderful experience. The room was very muggy and had a strong mildew smell. It had a dehumidifier in it which the rooms should not need. I had to keep it on and it was really loud. I had to empty it every 12 hours. The carpet was moist from the humidity. The were pillows old. Wasn't the best. Customer service great!"

"I stayed at this hotel about 8 years ago and it was pretty nice. One of the better in the area especially for the price. I know time as passed and things get old, but to me it just seemed a little tired. The food was not great. Typical breakfast stuff but limited from what I remember. I am writing this over a month past so take it was a grain of salt as I am trying to remember specifics."

"The room was clean but the shower stall base was unsteady. As you took your shower the floor of the shower rocked and creaked. The breakfast was okay. The rooms were not as soundproof as desirable. You could clearly hear the loud conversations of others around you. The balcony was small but a nice feature. The chair in the room was lacking padding. "We were welcomed politely, but right away were told we could not have the room we booked in advance: we had called in advance in the morning as was mentioned we should do before checking in. During booking , we knew we could bring a pet , with paying a fee, which was fine with us.
