"Could not process credit cards the first evening. Restaurant closed. Guest washing machine out of order. 3 night stay but housekeeping never made a single appearance. Ran out of towels and facial tissue. Water and tea/coffee never replenished. Key cards deactivated on second night of stay. Bathtub could not be used. No stopper. Shower curtain too short. Water everywhere. Overall clean and quiet but very disappointed. Free onsite parking was the only bonus."

La señora estadounidense que creo ya no esta, ella muy bien al igual que la chica estadounidense, son personas pensantes y atentas a ayudarte. Conoci a un Indio (creo) joven que tambien pero en general el resto son muy desatentos y creo que no razonan ni les importa si tienes un problema. Lo que ocurrió la semana pasada fué que se...

"The property and room were in very good condition. We didn’t use the amenities, so we can’t comment on them. Breakfast with very good the two mornings we ate in the hotel."

"The bed was absolutely horrendous. Not comfortable, barely stayed 10 hours. Noise was unbearable. Elevator kept opening. I wont be back which is unfortunate because initially it was wonderful. I will be demanding a refund."
