"Property and room were nice. Parking was a problem."

"The property was historic and good location. Check in was terrible. I felt like was was inconveniencing them. There was a coffee thermos that was empty and a thermos of hot water so I asked if they had any water and was told there is water in your room I replied no I didn’t see any and was asked did you look in the bathroom!"

"I loved everything about our stay but the walk to the room. With it being attached to the casino you have to go through the casino to get to the hotel. This is very typical of all casino hotels but was not the norm for Holiday Inns. The restaurant in the casino was really good."

"This is our third stay at Iron Horse and we will keep coming back. We are most impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Paint, carpet, bathroom, etc are all clean and in great working order. The property is clean and well-kept as well. The staff is also friendly and helpful. The Inn is located close to many of the Black Hills attractions.
