The hotel is literally right on the sand, and our room had floor-to-ceiling windows plus a big private balcony overlooking the beach and sunset - absolutely beautiful. "Customer service here was attentive and friendly. The attached cafe is excellent. The pool was always clean and a good temp, and the locations is fantastic. The only things to keep in mind are that you will hear roosters starting at 4am and they will crow until aprox 10pm and there is currently construction next door but they wait till 8am to start so it wasn’t much of a bother for us."

"This vacation we planned to stay a week and stayed five weeks. It has a beautiful pool and the gardens and turtle pool are amazing. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day if you want. The staff is always available. Coffee, bottled water and bathroom supplies are attended to everyday. Clean towels are given out every morning. There is a restaurant on the property which serves delicious meals. We will be returning again for several weeks."

"A fantastic resort high above the ocean with fabulous views. The breakfast was amazing with perfect mix of Mexican and traditional choices. Pools were not crowded and had very comfortable lounge chairs. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Would rate this as a 5+ hotel. A bit out of the way but very quiet and relaxing. Will definitely come back!"

"El hotel es muy bonito y tiene muchas amenidades, bares muy completos, sports bar con mesas de billar, teatro y varios restaurantes con todo tipo de comida. Tiene varias albercas muy comodas y limpias y las habitaciones estan muy amplias, al igual que los baños. Hay una construccion a un lado del hotelnque hace un poco de ruido, pero en general el hotel esta excelente. "
