"Bad experience "

"Great stay, we hated to leave. This property is amazing. The room had everything we could ask for and more. The only downside was the bar acrross the street was thumping with techno pop music. It did help that the room had a sound machine. We will stay there again."

"The hotel should have more luggage carts. Everyone checks out at the same time and parking is very limited for loading and unloading. Additionally, many guests are leaving for cruises, so they take ans keep the carts while awaiting shittles."
