"Very nice newly renovated room. Staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet that had lot of variety. The location is very close to the airport. It is very convenient if you must have a short stay before flying from Prague. I stayed there before and enjoyed the stay (It’s only 6km from the airport )"

"All you need after a completly chaotic overseas trip! Staff, room, restaurant, bar, location, etc. - all excellent!"

"No customer service. If you need anything you have to go down get it yourself that is if they have it. To get an Iron to use you need to pay cash deposit. from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel."

Staff were really helpful, girls at the restaurant, breakfast time and dinner time , especially were very polite and helpful. There was building work in the atrium but as the reception kindly gave me a room higher up this did not bother me. "Die Lage des Hotels war für uns nahezu perfekt. Man konnte in ca. 15 Minuten von der Autobahn zum Hotel fahren ohne dass man durch die ganze Stadt fahren musste. Direkt gegenüber ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Wir sind 3 Tage für umgerechnet ca. 15 € mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gefahren. Zur Burg läuft man ca. 20 Minuten, man kann aber auch 2 Stationen mit der Straßenbahn fahren. Parkplätze sind vorhanden und kosten 400 Kronen pro Tag. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Frühstück war...

Breakfast had several options and was very good; however, the hostess was unfriendly and with bad attitude. We had a baby in our group and asked for a highchair and she was not happy with the request. The breakfast area is small so best is to reserve a table for a larger group l. We didn’t know this. Overall, we were happy with our stay."

It was a good location next to a shopping centre with plenty of places to eat and a supermarket in there. Public transport was nearby making it easy to get around Prague. It was walkable too but took about 30 mins to walk to the touristy areas of Prague."
