"It felt more like a 3-star than a 4-star. The wall art and vibe were unique. The hotel looked and felt old. People in rooms could easily be heard from the hallway and the people in the hallway could easily be heard in the rooms. The bathroom was small. I couldn’t get their electric vehicle charger to work and the front desk couldn’t help me because it was 3rd party. The pool was out of service the first day we were there. "Gals at the Front Desk were super, but the "sliding barn door" for the bathroom means zero privacy for the person in the bathroom from all the occupants in the room. A little privacy would really go a long way! I don't know whose idea it was to have a 1" gap around the bathroom door, but they should be punished...."

"Only got to spend a couple of hours there but can’t recommend this hotel enough. Room was clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Steamer, hair dryer, lotions all excellent amenities. Their shuttle service to the airport was not working but they got us an Uber free of charge to accommodate us. Highly recommend to anyone needing a place in Austin"

"The property is very close to Austin Bergstrom Airport which is why I stayed there. I have stayed there on two occasions. My only concern about the hotel is that both times I stayed there, a handful of homeless people mill around very near the property. It is not the fault of the hotel, but since I have seen it on both stays, I presume these are "regulars" who roam the general area. Besides that, the hotel has been pleasant to stay at."
