We loved our stay at citizens! The staff were amazing from our first meet at check in to check out! All the staff were there to help. We really liked the main front layout of the hotel. It was a more modern experience than I had in most of Europe. There’s a tablet where you can control most things. I would say that for two people it would be tight, but since I was alone it was perfect. Loved that I didn’t have to get room service everyday, I could choose. Check in was easy, staff was helpful. Bar and food downstairs. I spent most of my time out but really enjoyed my room because it was a good walking distance from almost everything I wanted to do.
